What is CleanKore?
Our patented technology is changing how yarns are dyed at the denim mill. While traditional dyeing methods saturate the yarn with indigo dye, CleanKore preserves the interior of the yarn and prevents the dye from penetration. The result is a yarn with a large, white center surrounded by a perimeter of dye. The CleanKore Team works with laundries to make collections using lean recipes to show resource savings including but not limited to the elimination of PP, one drying step, water reduction from fast washdowns, green EIM scores, etc. This lack of dye penetration leads to several benefits in sustainability and production throughout the global supply chain!
