Behind the technology is the CleanKore global team, working hands-on with mills and laundries worldwide. We partner directly with mills to optimize the dyeing process and protect the yarn's large white core, on any fabric (from pure indigo to sulphur black to a full color range) and any existing dye range, with no new chemicals or equipment required.
From there, our team works directly with laundries to develop collections and production runs using lean recipes. The result: measurable cost and resource savings, faster production and washdown times, reduced water use, and improved (greener) EIM scores. PP spray is not replaced, but ELIMINATED once and for all, without any alternate laundry chemicals or processes. This on-the-ground support ensures every partner has the technical guidance needed to unlock CleanKore's full potential.
