1. Introductory call for a high-level discussion with the CleanKore technical team to understand our technology as well as the existing production methods.

  2. Sign CleanKore Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

  3. The CleanKore team will travel to the interested party’s denim mill. They will first conduct a 1-day walkthrough of the facility. Modifications to the existing process will be addressed at this time and will be changed accordingly before the start of the trial. No additional capital equipment is necessary and the CleanKore team is only making modifications to the existing mill process.

  4. The following day, the CleanKore trial will begin. The trial typically lasts 1-2 days, where a variety of fabrics can be tested. Water, energy and chemical savings can be evaluated at this time.

  5. The CleanKore fabric will undergo garment finishing to evaluate the cost savings at the garment manufacturer. If the denim mill has capabilities to finish garments, the CleanKore team may remain on location to assist as needed. If they do not have these capabilities, the denim mill and the CleanKore team will work together to complete the evaluation.

  6. Once the denim mill has reviewed the results and wants to implement the CleanKore technology into their production, they will sign a license agreement to legally utilize the patented technology.

  7. The CleanKore team can work on-site with the denim mill to develop new products for the upcoming season.
